Are the courses conducted in English or Vietnamese?
We run many of our courses in English however we also run courses in Vietnamese, Japanese, Mandarin and Korean depending on the requirements.

What are the qualifications of teachers and / or trainers employed by UniTAFE?
Almost all our teachers / instructors hold the Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (a minimum requirement for all educators / trainers in Australia). In addition, some of our visiting lecturers are currently or have been teaching at various Universities in Australia and overseas.

Can I use the Internet in UNITAFE classrooms / labs?
Yes, of course. Internet access is an integral part of our lessons and many lessons indeed require Internet access for research and information. We are however not running an Internet Cafe so students are not allowed to use our PCs for any other purposes other than educational.
